Coming out of the pandemic, Therabody was experiencing a slow down in growth. With Amazon copycats at significantly lower prices, Therabody needed to differentiate the brand, reclaim leadership and stimulate sales.
We did this by creating a new narrative for the brand, transforming them from a recovery tool for elite athletes to an everyday ritual for wellbeing. This became a framework for consistency and future growth.
The results were clear, with Therabody putting up a record-setting 2022 with revenue up 77%.
